脑电峰频率在慢性意识障碍中评估的应用现状及进展
Current applications and advances of electroencephalography peak frequency in evaluating chronic disorders of consciousness

Abstract
The peak frequency of electroencephalography(EEG)is a method for inferring thalamocortical functional integrity based on EEG dynamics.The ABCD model derived from this frequency can indirectly reflect patient's consciousness state,aiding in clinical assessment and prognosis prediction.This review discusses the theoretical basis,application progress,and future challenges and directions of EEG peak frequency in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with disorders of consciousness(DoC).The EEG peak frequency refers to the strongest frequency point within a specific frequency band in the EEG signal,which reflects the characteristics of cortical neural activity.Based on the spectral peaks in the EEG power spectrum,it is classified into ABCD four distinct models according to the presence or absence of spontaneous neural oscillations,enabling more accurate clinical staging of patients with prolonged disorder of consciousness(pDoC)and aiding in prognosis evaluation and treatment guidance.Despite challenges such as limited understanding of the underlying mechanisms and the lack of definitive clinical evidence,EEG peak frequency has demonstrated significant potential in the diagnosis and treatment of pDoC.关键词
