青贮中植物乳杆菌R1的分离鉴定及其对青贮发酵品质的影响
Isolation and Identification of Lactiplantibacillus Plantarum R1 in Silage and Its Effect on Silage Fermentation Quality

Abstract
To improve the quality of silage in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and identify locally suitable characteristic fer-mentation strains,lactic acid bacteria with fast growth,high acid production,and strong application potential were selected from a mixed silage made of buckwheat straw,whole-corn,and alfalfa.A strain R1 of high-yield lactic acid bacterial,was isolated and its physiological and biochemical characteristics,colony morphology,and 16S rRNA sequence were analyzed.The strain R1 was used as an additive in a simulated mixed silage fermentation for 30 days.The results showed that R1 formed smooth,milky white colonies,was Gram-positive,and exhibited strong sugar fermentation ability.After 16S rRNA sequence analysis,it was identified as Lactiplantibacil-lus plantarum R1.R1 grew best at pH7.0 and 37℃,showing strong tolerance to NaCl,and exhibited high resistance to bile salts at pH 3.0.After inoculating the R1 strain into silage and fermenting it for 30 days,compared with the control group,the crude protein,water-soluble carbohydrates,and lactic acid contents in the silage were significantly increased,while the pH value,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber contents were reduced.Therefore,R1 can be used as a lactic acid bacteria additive to significantly im-prove the nutritional quality of grass silage.关键词
