Models and Paths of Digital Transformation and Upgrading for Manufacturing Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Enterprises face challenges such as technology selection,talent shortages,and insufficient financial invest-ment during the transformation process.At the same time,some enterprises lack long-term strategic planning and sustain-able innovation capacities.Digital transformation has a positive impact on corporate performance.Governments should strengthen policy support,and manufacturing enterprises should continuously enhance their technological,management,and organizational capabilities to promote the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises and provide a scientific basis for the government to formulate related policies.关键词
