"思政引领、专创融合"的统计学复合型人才培养模式的探究
Research on the training mode of interdisciplinary talents in statistics based on ideological and political guidance,and integration of specialization and innovation
摘要
Abstract
In response to the current situation of cultivating interdisciplinary talents in statistics,the School of Statistics and Data Science of Qufu Normal University takes"moral education and talent cultiva-tion"as the fundamental principle and multi-dimensional collaborative integration as the support.It integrates ideological and political education into various aspects of talent cultivation,constructs a three in one curriculum system,online and offline hybrid teaching methods,and diversified evaluation system,forms a"based on ideological and political guidance,and integration of specialization and innovation"statis-tical composite talent cultivation model.based on ideological and political guidance,and integration of spe-cialization and innovation.Teaching practice has shown that the School of Statistics and Data Science of Qufu Normal University has achieved certain results in cultivating compound talents.This provides certain reference value for universities in cultivating compound talents.关键词
