Research and Applications of Ageing-Adaptive Renovation Technologies in Communities and Households Based on the Integration of Residential Environment and Assistive Technology

Abstract
With the goal of comprehensively improving the accuracy,effectiveness and systematisation of China's community home renovation technology for the elderly,and enhancing the effective support and health intervention of the built environment for the elderly,this project has formed three innovative achievements through cross-field joint research:First,it proposes the integration theory of building environment and assistive technology based on the international ICF framework,and builds the first full-scale experimental platform for the healthy environment for the elderly in China;second,it establishes a complete set of technologies and precise adaptation product packages for home adaptation and transformation,with the improvement of the ability and performance of the elderly as the core;third,it establishes a technical system and product system for the design of an outdoor environment suitable for the elderly and a healthy environment in urban communities.The project effectively empowers the deep integration of the silver economy and the construction industry,giving birth to new forms of personalised transformation,new models of elderly care real estate,and new industries of healthy building products for the elderly,injecting vitality into new sectors and economic growth points.关键词
