工业化住宅建造关键技术研究,依托于项目群的协同创新工作机制,在长圳项目上示范应用了国家重点研发计划项目31项科技成果,取得科技成果综合示范佳绩的同时,进一步总结凝练,形成工业化住宅系统集成理论、部品部件标准化设计方法,突破结构体系,检测验收及数字化管理等若干关键技术,聚焦住宅建造方式的痛点,形成"工业化住宅建造关键理论与技术体系"并开展规模化应用.
The research on key technologies for industrialised residential construction relies on the collaborative innovation mechanisms of project clusters.Thirty-one scientific and technological achievements from the National Key R&D Programme were demonstrated and applied in the Changzhen project,based on the collaborative innovation mechanism of the project group.While achieving excellent results in the comprehensive demonstration of scientific and technological achievements,these tasks have established the theory of industrialised residential systems,standardised design methods for components,structural systems,quality inspection methods,and digital management.It also summarised"Construction Theory and Technology of Industrialised Residential Buildings"and developed large-scale applications.
