Abstract
"Green"is the distinctive feature and important attribute of Xiong'an New Area.Developing green buildings and forming a set of replicable and scalable green development experiences are crucial pathways for Xiong'an New Area to establish itself as a model for green urban development and as an important practice of the national green development strategy.Based on the urgent needs of green development in the urban and rural construction sector of Xiong'an New Area,and with support from key projects guided by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Management Committee of Hebei Xiong'an New Area,the initiative has expanded through research,standards,engineering projects,and other extensions related to green development in the region.After six years of continuous efforts and practical application,a Green Building Urban Model Construction System in Xiong'an New Area has been established,centred on key technologies,supported by smart platforms,guided by standards and regulations,and driven by policy measures.This has resulted in systematic innovative achievements,which have been fully applied in the high-quality construction of Xiong'an New Area,yielding remarkable results.关键词
