Comparison of Domestic and International Research and Prospects on Green Gentrification:A Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Using CiteSpace software,the authors visualised high-frequency keywords and time-zone diagrams of domestic and foreign studies on green gentrification.Both domestic and foreign studies have entered a period of prosperity around hot topics such as"environmental justice","ecological sustainability","urban renewal"and"rural revitalisation".Domestic studies have focused on the urbanisation process,with the government playing a regulatory role to ensure the interests of some of the original residents.In the future,it is an important trend to build a Chinese-style research system and achieve green service co-construction,co-governance,and shared ownership.关键词
