我国西北地区"后三线"建设规划思想与建筑遗存研究:以甘肃天水"三厂一院"为例OA
Study on the Planning Concept and Architectural Remains of the"Post-Third Front"Construction in Northwest China:A Case Study of the"San Chang Yi Yuan"in Tianshui,Gansu
三线建设时期的工业建筑遗存近年来受到学者广泛关注,但在三线建设后期开展的调整、改造时期的工业建设过程却鲜被关注.随着城市更新的不断推进,三线后期建设的工业建筑遗存也面临关停、拆迁等困境,本研究将其称之为"后三线"建设时期工业建筑遗存.本研究以国营天光集成电路厂(代号871厂)、国营永红器材厂(代号749厂)、国营庆华仪器厂(代号860厂)和407职工医院构成的电子工业园区(统称"三厂一院")为例,深入挖掘其档案资料、口述史等,梳理其历史发展脉络,并从总体厂区和建筑层面分析其空间特征,揭示"三厂一院"对甘肃天水城市发展格局的影响,为"后三线"时期工业建筑遗存的保护与未来发展提供历史和学理依据.
In recent years,the remains of industrial buildings from the period of"Third Front"construction have been widely explored by scholars,yet the industrial construction during the reconstruction phase has often been overlooked.As a result of urban renewal,industrial buildings constructed in the latter period of the"Third Front"construction are also confronted with the challenges of closure,demolition,and relocation,and this paper defines them as the industrial buildings remains of the"Post-Third Front"construction period.This paper takes the electronic industrial park("San Chang Yi Yuan")-composed of the state-owned Tianguang Integrated Circuit Factory(code-named Factory No.871),the state-owned Yonghong Equipment Factory(code-named Factory No.749),the state-owned Qinghua Instrument Factory(code-named Factory No.860),and the 407 Hospital-as the basis for this study.It examines the park's historical development and current spatial characteristics from the perspective of both the overall factory and building levels.Drawing on a comprehensive range of sources,including archives and oral histories,this study aims to elucidate the impact of"San Chang Yi Yuan"on the city's industrial pattern under different policies and to provide recommendations for the protection and future construction of industrial buildings remains in"Post-Third Front"construction cities.
