摘要

Abstract

In the post-pandemic era, active health has become a new lifestyle.Responding to the people's demand for better living, research on active health spaces has received increasing attention. This study focuses on a typical mountainous city—Chongqing, taking active health spaces in mountainous city parks as the research object. After clarifying the concept of active health spaces,we explore the relationship between park activity spaces and active health behaviours for the special land conditions of mountainous cities.Data were obtained through field research, questionnaire surveys and expert interviews;and the evaluation system of active health spaces was constructed by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Entropy Weight Method(EWM).The evaluation conclusion shows that:the demand for the use of the active health spaces in urban parks in the main urban area of Chongqing is high, and the quality of the landscape and greenery is relatively pleasant, but there are generally problems such as dilapidated facilities, insufficient active health atmosphere, and low suitability of the active health behaviours in some spatial layouts and internal designs. In view of the current situation, this study proposes three optimisation strategies:space optimisation, facility renewal, and atmosphere creation, providing guidance for improving active health spaces in mountainous urban parks and supporting the"National Health Plan"and"Healthy China"initiative.
