PD-L1表达和卵巢癌临床病理特征相关性的系统评价
Correlation between PD-L1 Expression and Clinicopathological Features of Ovarian Cancer:A Systematic Review

Abstract
Objective:To estimate the relationship between programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)expression and the clin-icopathological characteristics of ovarian cancer.Methods:A comprehensive search was conducted in PubMed,Web of Sci-ence,Embase,and Wanfang databases from their inception to May 2024.After literature screening and data extraction,a Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.4 and Stata 18.0.Results:A total of 23 articles were included,with an average PD-L1 expression level of 52.1％ in ovarian cancer tissues.Meta-analysis found that PD-L1 expression was sig-nificantly correlated with clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer patients.Compared to the PD-L1 low-expression group,the PD-L1 high-expression group showed significantly increased risks in FIGO stage(RR=1.31,95％ CI:1.12～1.53),degree of differentiation(RR=1.30,95％ CI:1.10～1.53),histological type(RR=1.20,95％ CI:1.03～1.39),lymph node metastasis(RR=1.39,95％ CI:1.04～1.86),and malignant ascites(RR=1.71,95％ CI:1.12～2.61).Conclusion:PD-L1 expression levels correlate with clinicopathological features in ovarian cancer.关键词
