宫颈癌放疗患者早期阴道康复护理方案的构建
Construction of an Early Vaginal Rehabilitation Nursing Program for Cer-vical Cancer Patients Underwent Radiotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To establish a dilation-based early vaginal rehabilitation nursing program for cervical cancer pa-tients undergoing radiotherapy.This protocol is intended to guide clinical nurses in implementing early vaginal rehabilitation exercises for these patients and to provide a foundation for developing guidelines on cervical cancer rehabilitation.Methods:A questionnaire was designed for the early vaginal rehabilitation program for cervical cancer radiotherapy patients,based on a comprehensive literature review and expert panel meetings.The Delphi method was employed to conduct two rounds of expert consultation via email with experts.The intervention measures were screened and revised based on expert scores and consultation feedback.Results:In the first round,14 ex-perts were consulted with a response rate of 92.86%.In the second round,13 experts participated,achieving a response rate of 100%.The expert authority coefficient for the second round was 0.895.The variation coefficient for indicator importance scores ranged from 0 to 0.07.Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.13(P<0.001).The final program consisted of 4 first-level indicators,29 second-level and 31 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The nursing program constructed in this study is reliable and scientific,and it can provide refer-ences for the research and practice of rehabilitation training for cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy.关键词
