血液透析对慢性肾脏病患者血清肿瘤标志物的影响
Effect of Hemodialysis on Serum Tumor Markers in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

Abstract
Objective:To detect the expression of common serum tumor markers in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD),and explore the impact of hemodialysis on tumor markers in CKD patients.Methods:One hundred cases of CKD patients who underwent hemodialysis in the Department of Renal Medicine of Leshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,and 100 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as controls.The common serum tumor marker[total prostate specific anti-gen(tPSA),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohy-drate antigen 199(CA19-9),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA15-3)]levels were measured in two groups at the time of enrollment,and the serum tumor marker levels of CKD pa-tients before and 3 months after hemodialysis were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant differences in the levels of tPSA and AFP between the CKD group and the healthy control group(all P＞0.05),while the levels of CEA,CA125,CA19-9,and CA15-3 in the CKD group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(all P＜0.05).After hemodialysis,CKD patients exhibited marginally elevated serum levels of tPSA,AFP,CEA,CA19-9,and CA15-3;however,no statistically significant differences were observed(all P＞0.05).Post-hemodialysis serum CA-125 lev-el was significantly elevated compared to pre-hemodialysis measurements(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of CEA,CA125,CA19-9,and CA15-3 in CKD patients are significantly higher than those in the healthy population,and he-modialysis significantly increases serum CA-125 level in CKD patients.Monitoring the changes in tumor markers can provide a basis for clinical treatment and nursing in the CKD population.关键词
