三级淋巴结构在乳腺癌中的研究进展
Research Progress of Tertiary Lymphoid Structure in Breast Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Breast cancer(BC)is the leading cause of cancer death in women worldwide,where the tumor immune micro-environment influences tumorigenesis and disease progression.Immunotherapy can improve the prognosis of BC patients by remodeling the tumor microenvironment and stimulating anti-tumor immune responses.However,a subset of patients remains unresponsive,and more specific biomarkers are urgently needed to guide clinical practice.Tertiary lymphoid structures(TLS)are ectopic lymphoid aggregates that structurally and functionally resemble secondary lymphoid organs.TLS are sig-nificantly associated with long-term survival in a subset of patients with solid tumors(including BC),and they can serve as prognostic and predictive indicators of treatment response.This paper reviews the structural and functional characteristics of TLS and its roles in the evaluation of the prognosis and therapeutic efficacy of BC patients.关键词
