摘要
Abstract
With the development of the field of engineering construction,the EPC(design,procurement,con-struction general contracting)model is becoming more and more important,and the EPC model led by the de-sign institute has gradually become the key way of project management.In this mode,design as a faucet plays a number of unique advantages,but also faces many challenges.This paper will discuss the project manage-ment under the EPC model led by the design institute,analyze its characteristics and key points in all aspects,how to make use of its strengths and avoid weaknesses,improve the management in the core points such as quality control,schedule control,cost management and risk response,and put forward corresponding optimi-zation measures and management suggestions,aiming to improve the overall management level and implemen-tation effectiveness of the EPC project led by the design institute,and provide useful reference for related engi-neering practices.关键词
