摘要

Abstract

The prediction and assessment of environmental impacts during the construction period are of great significance for environmental protection.This paper combines the Xinpu New District Liyi River Basin Man-agement Project in Zunyi City to reduce the degree of damage to the ecological environment caused by con-struction.Based on the investigation of the current environmental situation and analysis of environmental pro-tection goals in the research area,the environmental impact during the construction period is predicted.The re-sults show that construction has adverse effects on water,atmosphere,and acoustic environment,and govern-ance measures need to be taken.The impact is only local and temporary,with a slight degree of impact that disappears with the completion of construction.Therefore,the governance project is generally beneficial to the ecological environment.The research results can provide reference for the feasibility study of governance pro-jects and subsequent construction environmental impact assessments.
