Abstract
The effect of grain size on the mechanical properties of GH4169 alloy was investigated through tensile tests at both room temperature and high temperature.The results showed that both strength and ductility of GH4169 alloy decreased with increasing grain size at room temperature and high temperature.At room temperature,the grain boundary strength of GH4169 alloy exceeded its intragranular strength,indicating significant grain boundary strengthening.The fracture mode was characterized by transgranular ductile fracture,with yield strength,tensile strength,and elongation all following the Hall-Petch relationship.At high temperature,as the grain size increased,the fracture surfaces exhibited distinct intergranular characteristics,and the fracture mode transitioned from transgranular ductile fracture to intergranular brittle fracture.In this case,the mechanical properties did not conform to the Hall-Petch relationship.关键词
