Abstract
In recent years,the popularization of ultrasonic technology has completely revolutionized the nerve localiza-tion method in nerve block,and gradually replaced the traditional methods such as abnormal sensation localization and nerve stimulator.As a precise interventional technique under the guidance of imaging,ultrasound-guided regional an-esthesia shows significant clinical advantages,and it has the characteristics of convenient operation and accurate posi-tioning,and is widely used in tumor intervention,vascular puncture and other fields.Anesthesiologists can quickly i-dentify patients'nerves and other tissues through direct observation with imaging technology,and accurately place nee-dles into nerve targets for block under real-time guidance.Ultrasound can also observe the injection of anesthetic drugs in real time to ensure that they enter the nerve site accurately and improve the anesthetic effect.At present,ul-trasound-guided nerve block has been popularized at home and abroad,and its attention in China is also increasing.分类
