摘要
Abstract
Molecular targeted drugs are a new type of anticancer drugs targeting at important regulatory factors of tumor occurrence and development.After entering the body,they can specifically bind to the target and produce effects,killing tumor cells without damaging surrounding normal tissues.Compared with conventional chemotherapy,molecular targeted therapy has the advantages of high selectivity,exact curative effect and less toxic and side effects,but its side effects can not be ignored,such as rash、diarrhea、cardiovascular toxicity and drug-induced liver injury.In domestic clinic,the high incidence of molecular targeted drug-related diarrhea and poor compliance of patients with drugs have become the main reasons for the decline of their quality of life.If the situation is critical,it can also threat-en the life safety of patients.Based on this,this paper reviews the research progress of anti-tumor molecular targeted drug-related diarrhea.关键词
