Research Progress of Tim-3 Regulating Macrophage Polarization in IgG4-Related Diseases
摘要
Abstract
IgG4-related disease(IgG4-RD)is a rare immune-mediated multi-organ inflammatory disease,which often involves some gland tissues,especially salivary glands.T cell immunoglobulin mucin molecule-3(Tim-3)is a negative immunoregulatory costimulatory molecule mainly expressed on T cells of the immune system,and its signal transduction can regulate the immune response of macrophages.Many studies have shown that Tim-3 plays a key role in the immune response,which can regulate macrophage polarization and mediate immune response,and is of great significance in the pathological process of IgG4-RD.Therefore,this article reviews the immune mechanism of Tim-3 regulating macrophage phenotypic polarization in IgG4-RD,and provides new ideas for the clinical research of IgG4-RD.关键词
