Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of periodic detection of children's body mass index and bone miner-al density test in children's health care development.Methods:From July 2022 to June 2024,90 children who re-ceived physical examination in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone People's Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and comparison group,with 45 cases in each group.All children were given routine health care guidance.On this basis,the experimental group was added with regular detection of children's body mass index and bone mineral density test,and combined with the test results,targeted health care guidance was implemented.The bone mineral density、the incidence of obesity and overweight,development and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the guidance,the Z value and sos value of the bone mineral density in the ex-perimental group were higher than those in the comparison group,P<0.05.The incidence of obesity and over-weight in the experimental group was lower than that in the comparison group,P<0.05.After guidance,the height of the experimental group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the weight and body mass index were lower than that of the comparison group,P<0.05.The satisfaction of family members in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:It is of great value to carry out regular detection of children's body mass index and bone mineral density test in children's health care development.Clinically,children's health care strategies can be adjusted timely based on the detection results,so as to improve children's bone mineral density,reduce the risk of obesity and overweight,promote children's development and en-hance family satisfaction.关键词
