摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of metformin combined with sitagliptin on glucose and lipid metabo-lism and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:From July 2022 to December 2023,100 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from the community health service center of Hancunhe Town,Fangshan District,Beijing,and divided into control group and observation group according to odd and even numbers,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metformin alone,while the observation group was treated with metformin combined with sitagliptin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treat-ment,the indexes of blood sugar,blood lipid and islet function in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the complications were less than those in the control group,after treatment for 7 d、15 d and 30 d,the body mass index was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Metformin combined with sitagliptin can improve glucose and lipid me-tabolism,body mass index and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes,and can reduce diabetes-related com-plications.关键词
