Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of nasal exhaled nitric oxide(nFeNO)in children with allergic rhinitis.Methods:80 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to Changping District Hospital in Beijing from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research group.80 healthy children in the same period were selected as control group.The nasal passive exhalation combined with mute technique was used to detect the level of nFeNO in two groups of children,and the results were compared to evaluate the correlation between the level of nFeNO and the severity of the disease.Results:the level of nFeNO in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After antiallergic treatment,the level of nFeNO in the study group decreased,and the degree of decline was positively correlated with the severity of the dis-ease.Conclusion:the detection of nFeNO has important application value in the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis in chil-dren,and can be used as a reference index to evaluate the severity and therapeutic effect of the disease.关键词
