Abstract
Objective:To analyze the situation of group blood donation in Shiyan City from 2013 to 2022,and put forward countermeasures.Methods:The data of voluntary group blood donation in Shiyan City from 2013 to 2022 were statistically analyzed,and the main composition of voluntary group blood donation and the change of blood donation amount were ana-lyzed.Results:In Shiyan City,from 2013 to 2022,the total number and amount of blood collected by groups showed a slow growth trend.Among them,the number and amount of blood collected by groups increased rapidly,while the number and amount of blood collected on the streets decreased year by year,and the proportion of blood donated by groups in the main city was higher than that in counties and cities.Group blood donation mainly consists of college students,medical staff in health care system and civil servants,and there are fewer people in other industries.Conclusion:At present,voluntary blood donation in Shiyan city is still mainly in groups,so it is necessary to continuously improve the recruitment mechanism in all aspects to improve the enthusiasm of residents for voluntary blood donation.关键词
