Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nomicycline hydrochloride combined with dual-wavelength laser in the treatment of severe periodontitis.Methods:100 patients with severe periodontitis were selected from the Department of Periodontology,Chongwen Stomatological Hospital Dongcheng District Beijing from February 2024 to February 2025.50 cases treated with nomicycline hydrochloride alone were used as the control group,and 50 ca-ses treated with nomicycline hydrochloride combined with double long-wave laser were used as the observation group.The therapeutic effect、periodontal health index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Re-sults:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was P>0.05.After treatment,the periodontal health indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Dual-wavelength laser combined with nomicycline hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of severe periodontitis,which can effectively improve the periodontal health index of patients and has high safety.关键词
