摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of clozapine and olanzapine on blood lipid related indexes in schizophrenic pa-tients.Methods:From September 2023 to September 2024,50 schizophrenic patients admitted to Dekang Hospital in Xinbei District Changzhou City Jiangsu Province were selected and divided into olanzapine group and clozapine group according to different medication methods.The changes of blood lipid related indexes before and after treatment were compared be-tween the two groups,and the effects of two drugs on blood lipid level were analyzed.Results:The blood lipid indexes such as TG、TC、HDL-C and LDL-C were compared between olanzapine and clozapine before and after treatment,P>0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Clozapine and olanzapine are equally safe in the treatment of schizophrenic patients,and both of them will affect their blood lipid-related indexes,so the changes of blood lipid levels in patients should be closely monitored in clinic.关键词
