摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin in the treatment of gastritis.Methods:Eighty-two patients with gastritis admitted to fengle town Central Health Center in Liangzhou District Wuwei City Gansu Province from January 2024 to January 2025 were divided into the reference group and the experimental group with 41 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with amoxicillin,and the experimental group was treated with bismuth pectin on the basis of the reference group.Observe the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The to-tal effective rate of the experimental group was 90.24%,which was higher than that of the reference group 73.17%,P<0.05.The eradication rate of Hp in the experimental group was 87.80%,which was higher than that in the reference group 68.29%,P<0.05.The improvement time of symptoms(acid regurgitation、abdominal pain and abdominal disten-sion)in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group,P<0.05.The adverse reaction rate in the ex-perimental group was 9.76%,compared with 7.32%in the reference group,P>0.05.Conclusion:The combination of amoxicillin and bismuth pectin can improve the effective rate of gastritis treatment,effectively eradicate Hp,shorten the course of patients,and will not lead to the superposition of adverse reactions.关键词
