摘要

Abstract

Reviving the ecological environment of rivers and lakes is one of the six pathways to high-quality water conservancy development in the new era,and river health assessment is the premise and foundation for reviving the ecological environment of rivers and lakes.Currently,there are certain differences in the determination of river health indicator systems and weights,as well as the calculation methods of indicators.Especially,for rivers in the southwest mountainous areas,some indicators do not conform to actual conditions.This paper takes the main stream of the Kedu River as the research object,selects 17 indicators from four aspects,"basin,""water,""biology,"and"social service functions,"to construct a health indicator system suitable for rivers in southwest mountainous areas,and adopts classification evaluation and comprehensive evaluation to analyze the data.The results show that the main stream of the Kedu River is"healthy."The score of"social service functions"is highest,mainly because the evaluation indicators can meet relevant service requirements.The score of"basin"is lowest primarily due to the lack of consideration for fish passage facilities such as fish ladders,fish lifts,fish collection and transportation facilities,and fish locks at the cascade,which results in poor longitudinal connectivity of the river.
