摘要

Abstract

Inflammation and oxidative stress are the pathological basis of various diseases,making the study of their prevention and treatment strategies highly significant.Zebrafish,due to its unique biological characteristics,has become an ideal model for evaluating the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects of drugs.Active components of Chinese herbal extracts,such as baicalin,ShenFuHuang formula extract,and quercetin,have demonstrated significant anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects in zebrafish models.These effects are achieved through mechanisms including the modulation of inflammation-related signaling pathways,inhibition of inflammatory mediator release,and scavenging of free radicals.Compared to synthetic drugs,herbal extracts offer advantages such as multi-component,multi-target effects,low toxicity,and high bioavailability,offering a new avenue for the development of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant drugs.This paper reviews the research progress of Chinese herbal extracts for anti-inflammatory and antioxidant purposes using zebrafish models,explores their mechanisms of action,and provides reference for the application of Chinese herbal extracts in animal production.
