摘要

Abstract

As one of the important livestock species in the plateau area,Tibetan goat has shown unique physiological and molecular adaptation mechanisms due to its long-term living in hypoxia environment at an altitude of 3 300~4 500 m.In terms of physiological structure,Tibetan goats can adapt to hypoxia stress by strengthening cardiopulmonary function,optimizing blood oxygen carrying capacity and improving tissue microstructure.In terms of molecular regulation mechanism,a variety of genes,non coding RNAs,proteins and rumen microbiota in Tibetan goats participate in hypoxia response through complex regulatory networks.This paper reviewed the physiological adaptability and genetic molecular regulation mechanism of Tibetan goats under high altitude hypoxia environment were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the study of mammalian hypoxia adaptation mechanism and high altitude livestock breeding.
