摘要

Abstract

Self-made glycyl methacrylate grafted high density polyethylene and ethylene octene copolymer HDPE/POE-g-GMA were used as compatibilizer,recycled polyethylene terephthalate(rPET)was recovered as matrix material,and high density polyethylene(HDPE)was used as toughening material,to prepare rPET/HDPE/(HDPE/POE)-g-GMA alloy material.The mechanical properties,crystallization properties,morphology and flow properties of the blends were characterized and tested by universal material testing machine,impact strength meter,differential scanning calorimeter,melt flow rate meter and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that adding the compatibilizer improved blend compatibility.Compared with pure rPET,the tensile strength of the alloy containing 15%mass fraction of compatibator increased to 23.02 MPa and the notch impact strength increased by 172.54%.
