Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of standardized community management on blood sugar control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:From January 2023 to June 2024,80 T2DM patients admitted to Gongchen Street Community Health Service Center in Fangshan District of Beijing were selected and divided into ob-servation group and control group by coin toss method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given med-ication guidance and life guidance,while the observation group was given standardized community management.The knowledge of diabetes,the level of blood sugar control and the incidence of diabetic foot were compared between the two groups.Results:The knowledge of diabetes and the level of blood sugar control in the observation group were bet-ter than those in the control group,and the incidence of diabetic foot was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Standardized community management for T2DM patients has a significant effect on blood sugar control,which can improve the level of patients'knowledge of diabetes and reduce the incidence of diabetic foot.关键词
