奶牛酮病的发病机制和调控措施
Pathogenesis and regulatory measures of ketosis in dairy cows
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of modern dairy breeding technology and the continuous improvement of refined feeding management level,the per unit area yield of dairy cows continues to rise.However,the problem of negative perinatal energy balance(NEB)in high-yield dairy cows has become increasingly prominent.Under the state of NEB,the body fat mobilization of dairy cows increased,leading to the decrease of blood glucose concentration,accompanied by the abnormal increase of ketone body content such as β-hydroxybutyric acid,which induced clinical or subclinical ketosis.Ketosis not only directly affects the production performance and health of dairy cows due to the characteristic ketemia and ketonuria,but also induces common complications such as endometritis and mastitis,causing significant economic losses to the breeding industry.By improving the monitoring system in the perinatal period,optimizing the precise nutrition management scheme and implementing early intervention treatment,the energy metabolism of dairy cows can be effectively improved and the incidence of ketosis can be reduced.This paper reviewed the causes,pathogenesis,and effects on body metabolism of dairy cow ketosis,and discussed the corresponding control measures,in order to provide reference for reducing the incidence of ketosis and improving the production performance of dairy cows.关键词
