Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of myocardial infarction.Methods:60 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital outpatient department from March 2023 to March 2025 were selected and treated in groups based on the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel,while the intervention group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel combined with Buyanghuanwu decoction.The overall curative effect of the two groups was evaluated from three aspects:TCM syndrome score、cardiac function and inflam-matory factors.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and the levels of three inflammatory factors in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the improvement of cardiac function was better than that in the control group,and the total clinical effective rate was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Con-clusion:In the treatment of myocardial infarction,Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with aspirin and clopidogrel can significantly improve the curative effect,improve symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve heart function and promote patients'recovery.关键词
