Abstract
To explore suitable in-situ remediation techniques for Cd-contaminated cultivated land in Wushan County,Chongqing,this experiment employed a plot trial approach.Four soil conditioners were selected-Xiyangyang microbial inoculant,Stanley Soybean 60,Stanley Wake-up Earth Soil Conditioner,and Chiyoda Microbial Inoculant-to evaluate their effects on Cd content of maize grain,maize yield,physicochemical properties and Cd content of soil.The results showed that applying all four soil conditioners could increase maize yield and ensure that the Cd content in maize grains met the standards.Compared to the untreated control under the same conditions,the Stanley Wake-up Earth Soil Conditioner significantly reduced the organic matter in the soil by 9.3%,the effective Cd content in the soil by 37.6%,and the bioavailability of Cd by 18.5%by inhibiting soil acidification.This effectively reduced the risk of Cd contamination in agricultural products in the later stages of the experimental area.关键词
