PHD联合竖向排水柱底部真空法处理泥浆试验研究
Experimental study on treatment of slurry with PHD combined with vacuum preloading at bottom of vertical drainage column

Abstract
Analyzing the variations in drainage volume,slury volume and water content during treatment is helpful to improve the efficiency of vacuum-based waste slury treatment.An indoor model test of the combining Prefabricated Horizontal Drain(PHD)with bottom-applied vacuum on vertical drain column is carried out to explore the slurry treatment effect under different design parameters.The results indicate that the combined vacuum method significantly reduces both the water content and volume of the slurry.After one hour of treatment,the water content decreased from an initial 102%to between 38.58%and 48.11%,while the volume was reduced by 56%to 64%.The drainage volume from the vertical column was 1.64 times greater than that achieved by using the PHD alone.The water content around the drain column increased with distance from the column and decreased with depth,and the farther the distance,the more pronounced the increase.Enhancing the vacuum pressure and increasing the diameter of the drain column effectively expanded the drainage influence zone and improved the overall drainage performance.The thickness of the mud skin formed on the column surface increased with higher vacuum pressure.While removing this mud skin helped alleviate surface clogging,it did not resolve internal clogging within the column.These findings demonstrate that the combined drainage method offers superior performance compared to traditional vacuum-based mud-water separation techniques,providing valuable technical support for practical engineering applications.关键词
