Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of hemodialysis in elderly patients with end-stage re-nal disease.Methods:Eighty-six elderly patients with end-stage renal disease treated in Department of Nephrolo-gy,Binhai People's Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The study group was treated with hemodialysis,while the control group was treated with peritoneal dialysis.The treatment of two groups was compared and analyzed.Results:After treat-ment,serum creatinine、serum calcium、serum albumin and hemoglobin in the study group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group after 2 months and 6 months of treatment,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Hemodialysis is effective for the elderly patients with end-stage renal disease,which can obviously improve their renal function and nutritional status,and it is safe to use.关键词
