碱-水热活化盾构渣土制备单组分地聚合物:活化机理与抗压性能研究
Preparation of Single-component Geopolymer with Alkali-hydrothermal Activaed Shield Muck:Study on Activation Mechanism and Compressive Property

Abstract
In order to promote the high value-added utilization of shield muck,the geopolymer with excellent mechanical properties was obtained by alkali-hydrothermal excitation by using shield mucks as the main raw material.The microstructure of the polymer was characterized by XRD and SEM-EDS.The results showed that the optimal conditions for alkali-thermal activation of muck were:When NaOH dosage was 20%,activation temperature was 200℃ and activation time was 6 h,the 28-day compressive strength of the test block prepared through standard curing was 45.68 MPa.The compressive strength of sample NH-20 reached the technical requirements of 42.5R Portland cement,indicating that it has great application potential in the field of building materials.关键词
