Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the treatment compliance and quality of life of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:The cases came from the patients who under-went colorectal cancer surgery in Jiuquan Hospital of Shanghai First People's Hospital(Jiuquan People's Hospital).The diagnosis and treatment time was from January to October,2024 and 124 cases were selected to participate in the study.Patients were divided into groups based on random sampling method.The control group was divided into 62 cases,and the observation group was divided into 62 cases,and the nursing scheme combining routine nursing with rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing was adopted.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared.Re-sults:The treatment compliance rate of the two groups was 96.77%in the observation group,87.10%in the control group,and higher in the observation group,P<0.05.After nursing,the scores of FACT-G in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in postop-erative care of colorectal cancer patients has obvious effect on improving treatment compliance and quality of life.关键词
