Abstract
Objective:To integrate the independent predictors of pulmonary infection after liver transplantation and establish an optimized perioperative clinical nursing plan.Methods:A single-center retrospective cohort study de-sign was adopted,and 100 patients who received liver transplantation from May 2022 to May 2023 in Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were enrolled.The risk factors were screened by sin-gle factor analysis,and the independent risk factors were identified by multiple stepwise Logistic regression model to form a targeted nursing plan.Results:The incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection was 31%(31/100).Mult-ivariate analysis showed that preoperative pulmonary function、postoperative mechanical ventilation time、postopera-tive mental symptoms、intraoperative blood loss and the change rate of partial thromboplastin time before and after operation were independent risk factors for pulmonary infection after liver transplantation,P<0.05.Conclusion:In-dividualized nursing scheme based on risk prediction model can effectively prevent and control postoperative pulmo-nary infection,and it is suggested to implement accurate risk assessment and targeted nursing intervention in clinic.关键词
