院前急救护理配合在急性心梗患者抢救中的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Pre-hospital Emergency Nursing Cooperation in the Rescue of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing cooperation in the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:From July 2020 to December 2020,50 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in the emergency department of Longhua District People's Hospital were selected as the control group.50 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received pre-hospital emergency care at the same time were selected as the interven-tion group.The physiological and biochemical indexes,adverse events and the success rate of treatment were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:C-reactive protein、high-sensitivity troponin、troponin and serum myoglobin in the inter-vention group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Pre-hos-pital emergency nursing cooperation can stabilize the physiological and biochemical indexes of patients with acute myocardi-al infarction,reduce adverse events and improve the success rate of treatment.关键词
