Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of narrative nursing on the uncertainty of disease and self-care ability of pa-tients with intracranial aneurysm undergoing interventional therapy.Methods:From June 2021 to December 2023,70 pa-tients with intracranial aneurysms who received endovascular interventional embolization in the neurosurgery department of Nanjing Gulou Hospital(affiliated to Nanjing University Medical College)were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the envelope method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing,while the research group used narrative nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The uncertainty of disease and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of MUIS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of ESCA scale were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Con-clusion:Narrative nursing for patients with intracranial aneurysm undergoing interventional therapy can effectively reduce their disease uncertainty and improve their self-care ability.关键词
