Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current status of completion ability of nursing interns in a military hospital and ana-lyze its influencing factors.Methods:Stratified sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 120 nursing in-terns who were on internship at the 921st Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from May 2020 to February 2021.The general information questionnaire and the Nursing Student Completion Ability Scale were used.Results:The total score of completion ability of the military hospital interns was(213.74±24.01)points.Educational level,total internship time and satisfaction with the teaching instructor were the main factors influencing the completion ability of the interns(P<0.001).Conclusion:The completion ability of nursing interns in military hospitals is at a medium level.When carrying out nursing teaching in military hospitals,we should pay full attention to two types of nursing students who choose nursing majors involuntarily and have low academic qualifications.In the teaching process,we should always strictly run through professional norms to promote the improvement of nursing interns'ability to complete.关键词
