Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical application value of TCM characteristic nursing mode in children with pneumonia and asthma.Methods:From April 2023 to April 2024,68 children with pneumonia and asthma admitted to Xinhua Town Central Health Center in Linze County Zhangye City Gansu Province were divided into control group and ob-servation group according to the difference of intervention scheme,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was giv-en routine nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of routine nurs-ing.Compare the application effect of two nursing modes.Results:Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of symptoms and signs in the observation group was shorter,the improvement degree of three indexes of lung function was better after nursing,and the parents'satisfaction score of nursing work was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of TCM characteristic nursing on children with pneumonia and asthma is remarkable,which can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and signs,actively improve their lung function and improve parents'satisfaction with nursing work.关键词
