Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of individualized nursing on the prognosis and nursing satisfaction of silicosis patients.Methods:Eighty patients with silicosis admitted to the Eighth People's Hospital of Wuxi from May 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the lottery results,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given personalized nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction and lower total incidence of complications,P<0.05.After nursing,the scores of social func-tion、emotional function、mental health、vitality、overall health and physiological function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The forced vital capacity、maximum ventilation、forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Individualized nursing can significantly improve the lung function of silicosis patients,improve their quality of life,meet their needs,obtain higher nursing satisfaction,and help reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
