Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of music therapy and doula midwifery in natural deliv-ery nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to August 2024,76 parturients admitted to Xihe County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Longnan City,Gansu Province were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional midwifery mode,and the observation group adopted music therapy and doula midwifery mode on this basis.The overall delivery quality of the two groups was compared.Results:The time of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the scores of SAS and SDS after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding at 24 hours after delivery was less than that in the control group,and the Apgar score and neonatal weight were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Music therapy combined with Doula midwife-ry nursing can provide comprehensive support for parturient in the whole labor process,reduce medical interven-tion,ensure the health of mother and baby,and improve the safety of natural delivery.关键词
