Abstract
Objective:To explore the improvement effect of drug cupping combined with moxibustion on limb function of stroke patients.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with stroke and limb dysfunction were selected from the First Depart-ment of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Jiuquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The time ranged from July 2023 to June 2024,and they were divided into routine group and analysis group according to the difference of nursing methods,with 39 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing care,while the analysis group was given medical cupping and moxibustion care on the basis of the routine group.The overall nursing effect of the two groups was com-pared.Results:After intervention,the scores of FMA and BBS in the analysis group were higher than those in the routine group,and the scores of five TCM syndromes were lower than those in the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Medicated cupping combined with moxibustion can significantly improve the limb function and balance ability of stroke patients,and can reduce the TCM syndrome score and promote the early rehabilitation of the disease.关键词
