基于半模基片集成波导的宽带滤波天线设计
Broadband filtering antenna based on Half-Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide

Abstract
To enhance the filtering performance of filtering antennas,this paper proposes a broadband filtering antenna based on Half-Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide(HMSIW)structure.The antenna consists of an HMSIW cavity loaded with a rectangular slot and a parasitic patch loaded with four metal vias,with energy coupled through a slot between the cavity and the patch.To further extend the antenna's operating bandwidth,two parallel rectangular slots are etched into the metal ground beneath the feedline.Measurement results of the optimized prototype show that the antenna achieves an operating bandwidth of 6.31 to 6.73 GHz,a relative bandwidth of 6.5%,and a maximum realized gain of 8.71 dBi.Within the passband,three resonance modes are observed,while two controllable radiation nulls appear at the band edges,effectively improving out-of-band suppression.The proposed antenna achieves excellent filtering characteristics while maintaining wideband operating and high gain,thereby significantly enhancing the integration level of the filtering antenna.关键词
