Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of sequential nutrition care for elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:110 elderly patients with severe pneumonia diagnosed and treated in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the First Naval Hospital in the Southern Theater from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the ref-erence group and the analysis group,with 55 cases in each group.Both groups were given nutritional support,and the ref-erence group was given quantitative nasal feeding care in stages,while the analysis group was given nutritional sequential care.The nutritional status、immune function and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the nutritional index and immune function index of the analysis group were higher than those of the reference group,P<0.05.The satisfaction of the analysis group was 96.36%,which was higher than that of the reference group 83.64%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Adopting nutrition sequential nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with severe pneumonia can im-prove their nutritional status,enhance their immune function and promote the satisfaction of patients.关键词
