Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of individualized comprehensive nursing on pain in patients with pancreatic canc-er.Methods:Eighty patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery,Jiaxing Second Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given personalized compre-hensive nursing.The degree of pain、negative emotions、quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the NRS score and negative emotion score(SAS、SDS)of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the four scores of FACT-G quality of life scale were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:It is feasible to carry out individualized comprehensive nursing for patients with pancreatic cancer,which can improve the degree of pain,negative emotions and quality of life,and the nursing satisfaction is high.关键词
